I am a Czech Roma professional, educator, church, and community leader based in Derby, England. I currently serve as Head of Year at The Bemrose School, where I oversee student development, wellbeing, and pastoral support. Having once been a student at Bemrose myself, my journey reflects both personal resilience and a deep commitment to giving back to the community that helped shape me.

Alongside my work in education, I am in the final year of completing my Bachelor's degree at the University of West London. I also serve as the Managing Director of Light Of Hope For ALL CIC, a Derby-based Community Interest Company dedicated to developing and supporting initiatives that strengthen local communities and promote social inclusion.

I am actively involved in the leadership of local Czech and Slovak Roma churches in Derby and Wakefield, where I serve through preaching, teaching, mentoring, discipleship, and community support. Through both my career in education and my church leadership, I work closely with Roma families, building bridges of trust, strengthening relationships, and encouraging long-term growth and stability.

I am passionate about seeing young Roma people thrive, access further education and professional careers, and overcome the barriers that often limit their opportunities. My desire is to inspire the next generation to live with confidence, purpose, and hope.

In addition, I am currently undertaking the three-year Ministry in Training (MiT) programme with Assemblies of God Great Britain as I prepare for future church leadership and ordination as a minister within AoG GB.
