This form is for professionals working with children and young people within the Derby City local authority area, including those in council services, voluntary and community organisations, NHS partners, and local employers involved in careers, outreach, or youth support.

If your role does not involve working with children or young people in Derby, please do not complete this form.

Accounts are available immediately for users registering with an approved professional email address (e.g. ending in .gov.uk, .nhs.net, .nhs.uk, .sch.uk, or another whitelisted domain). If you use another type of address, your registration may require manual verification.

Please use your organisation email address where possible.
