This form is for teachers and education professionals working in schools within the Derby City local authority area.

If your school is outside this area, please do not complete this form.

Accounts are available immediately for teachers registering with an approved school or local authority email address (e.g. ending in .sch.uk or @derby.gov.uk). If you use another type of address, your registration may require manual verification.

Please use your school or local authority email address where possible.

Password must be between 9 and 15 characters, including numbers, uppercase, lowercase, and special symbols

We will use the information you provide to create and manage your account, verify your professional role, and contact you about Derby Promise opportunities. Your data will be stored securely and processed under the UK GDPR lawful basis of public task. We will never sell your information to third parties.
